Australian Stacked Pavlova Dessert

For the Meringue:
8 egg whites
2 1/2 cups superfine sugar
2 teaspoon vinegar

For the Filling:
600ml cream
2 tablespoons icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces blueberries
8 ounces strawberries
1 ripe banana
