Bite-Sized Berry Pancakes Recipe

These perfect Bite-Sized Berry Pancakes might look small, but they wallop a big taste punch. Why make normal boring pancakes when you ignite your tastebuds with these little beauties!

Bite-Sized Berry Pancakes Recipe


1 ½ cups of flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 ¼ cups whole milk
1 egg
3 tbs unsalted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Raspberry preserves
Powdered sugar
Maple syrup


1. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar to a sifter. Sift twice into a large mixing bowl.
2. In a small bowl, melt the butter and add the eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour this into the middle of the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
3. Heat a pan to medium-high, coating lightly with butter or oil. Add a tablespoon of batter to the pan, fitting as many inside as possible, and cook until the top is bubbling and the edges are browned. Flip and brown on the second side.
4. Stack the pancakes and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Add blackberries or raspberry preserves to the top of each stack and drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
