Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles

These blueberry yogurt Popsicles are easy to make and your kids will love them. It’s also a creative way to sneak some antioxidants from the fresh blueberries into your kid’s snack. This is a fun activity to include your children in the process.


  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 4 tbs. sugar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup blueberries


  1. Puree yogurt, lemon juice and sugar in a food processor. Separate the mixture in half, leaving one half in the food processor.
  2. Add the blueberries and pulse to combine.
  3. Layer the two yogurt mixtures in the popsicle mold and swirl with a skewer. Freeze for 10 hours, or overnight, before serving.
