Citrus Grilled Salmon with Asparagus

Sometimes the best salmon recipes are the most simple. This citrus grilled salmon recipe paired with asparagus does the trick! Most people just squeeze some lemon on their salmon and call it a day, but by instead going for the sweet and sour of the fresh orange juice and lime, you can bring your salmon to a whole new level. Accompany the meal with steamed asparagus and you have a healthy and delicious winner!

Ingredients

Salmon fillets
½ cup orange juice
2 limes, juiced
½ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Asparagus, steamed
Lime, sliced
Grape tomatoes

Directions

1. Combine the orange juice and limes. Whisk in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salmon and refrigerate for four hours.
2. Heat a grill to medium. Cook the salmon, flipping once, until it flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.
3. Garnish with lime slices and serve with steamed asparagus and fresh grape tomatoes.
