Festive Fruit Kabobs

This fruit kabob recipe is a great simple dessert especially for outdoor meal like at a barbeque or picnic. You can fancy it up by adding some dipping sauces such as chocolate or other more creative sauces to flex your creative meal mind.

Ingredients

Red delicious apple
Strawberries
Banana
Kiwi
Grapes
Lemon

Directions

1. Rinse the fruit thoroughly. Cut into similar size pieces and separate into dishes. Spritz the apples and bananas with lemon juice to preserve color and freshness.
2. Skewer the fruit, alternating varieties, onto bamboo skewers. Serve as-is or with chocolate or caramel sauce for dipping.
