French Bread Rolls to Die For

By: Sheila Reynolds

Here is a French Bread Roll Recipe to Die For. Every meal needs a side dish and a grain. Bread can be expensive to purchase, so learning to make your own artisan breads that have everyone swoon can be an art. Once you perfect it, you will have people think you purchased the rolls at your local bakery. You will want to double the recipe, maybe even triple it, if you are baking for a family dinner! That is because everyone will be fighting over just one more roll, especially if you serve them hot and coated with garlic butter.

1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups bread flour

Making bread is difficult, so watching a video tutorial will help you out immensely.
