French Crepes With Fresh Berries

This amazing crepe with fresh berries recipe is as delicious as it is beautiful. This French classic recipe is easier than you think to prepare and will make a big impression with your friends and family. Try it for breakfast, or as a dessert.

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup whole milk
ΒΌ cup water
1 cup flour
3 tbs. melted butter
2 tbs. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Chopped strawberries
Raspberries
Blueberries
Mint, for garnish
Powdered sugar, for garnish
Dark chocolate sauce, for garnish

Directions

1. Combine the eggs, milk, water, flour, butter, sugar and vanilla a bowl and whisk until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat a small pan over medium heat, coating with butter. Pour a few tablespoons of batter into the pan and tilt it so the batter covers the entire surface. It should be even and thin. Cook for 40 seconds, flip, and cook for another 10 to 15 seconds. Remove to a plate to cool and repeat until all of the batter is cooked.
3. Fill the crepes with the fruit, folding over the edges to close. Garnish with powdered sugar and chocolate sauce if desired.
