Game Day BBQ Buffalo Wings Recipe

These delicious BBQ Buffalo Wings are must have in your recipe arsenal for the big game or anytime you want an excuse for sticky fingers. You can get creative with what flavor of barbecue sauce you use as there are all the variations you can imagine at most large supermarkets or speciality shops these days.

Game Day BBQ Buffalo Wings Recipe


2 lbs. chicken wings, separated
2 eggs
1/8 cup milk
1 tbs Cajun seasoning
1 tbs black pepper
1 cup flour
½ cup cornstarch
Oil, for frying
1 cup Barbecue sauce
3 tbs butter, unsalted


1. Heat the oil to 365 degrees in a deep fryer. Mix the eggs, milk, and spices in a shallow dish. Combine the flour, cornstarch and salt, to taste, in a large dish. Add the wings to the eggs and then the flour, tossing to coat.
2. Fry the wings in batches for 14 minutes. Remove to drain on paper towels.
3. Heat barbecue sauce and butter in a large sauce pan. Toss the wings to coat before serving.
