Game Day Buffalo Hot Wings Recipe

Be ready for game day with this essential Buffalo Chicken Wings recipe. This recipes has just the right about of heat to get you sweating. Be sure to have an ice cold beer handy to cool off the flames if required. Feel free to substitute your hot sauce of choice in this recipe as most stores have a variety to choose from.

Game Day Buffalo Hot Wings Recipe


2 lbs. chicken wings, separated
½ cup flour
¾ cups hot sauce
½ cup butter
1 tsp. honey
Salt, to taste
Oil, for frying


1. Toss the chicken wing pieces in the flour, shaking off the excess. Heat the oil to 365 in a deep fryer.
2. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 14 minutes. Set aside on a paper towel to drain.
3. In a small sauce pan, combine the remaining ingredients, stirring until butter is melted and the sauce is smooth. Toss the wings in the sauce right before serving.
