Grilled "Dry Rub" Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Grilled Dry Rub Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

Slab of baby back ribs
2 cloves garlic, minced
ΒΌ onion, grated
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs chili powder
1 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs coarse kosher salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Directions

1. Combine the garlic, onion, and spices in a small bowl. Trim the connective tissue off of the back of the ribs. Rub them down with the spice mixture thoroughly, working the seasoning into the meat.
2. Wrap the ribs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
3. Preheat the oven to 275. Unwrap the ribs and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for three to four hours.
4. Heat a charcoal grill to medium (about 350). Grill the ribs for six to seven minutes per side. Serve.
