3 pounds Ground Turkey
1/2 Onion chopped
1/2 Red Bell pepper
1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
6 cloves garlic
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Black pepper
1 Tsp. Ground Sea Salt
1/2 Tbsp. Crushed Red Pepper – or ground
1/2 Tbsp Thyme - fresh
1/2 Tbsp Oregano - fresh
1/2 cup Parsley - fresh
1/2 cup Basil - fresh
1/2 cup Sage – fresh
Coconut Oil
