Honey Sesame Asian Style Chicken Wings Recipe


2 lbs. chicken wings, separated
1 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup honey
Sesame seeds
Salt and pepper, to taste


1. Preheat the oven to 425. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper
2. Add the soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and honey to a saucepan. Bring to a bubble and simmer for 10 minutes until slightly reduced.
3. Bake the chicken wings for 15 minutes, turn them over, and bake for another 15. Then, brush the glaze over the wings, continuing to bake and flipping them, for 10 to 15 more minutes, until a sticky coating develops.
4. Remove to a platter and serve, garnished with sesame seeds.
