1 lb. bacon

Option 1 – Pan Frying

1. Place large, deep skillet on stove. While cold, arrange slices of bacon evenly along the bottom. Turn the heat to medium.
2. Flip the bacon once the top appears a bit white, being careful not to tear it. Flip the bacon every minute until cooked through and crispy. Remove to a towel to drain.

Option 2 – Oven Baked

1. Arrange bacon on a broiler pan. Line the bottom with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
2. Bake for 12 to 20 minutes, or until desired doneness. Remove from the oven carefully and drain on paper towels before serving.
