Caramel corn is a classic dessert, and turning it into popcorn balls makes it that much better! This is an easy recipe great for snacking or dessert.

How To Make Caramel Popcorn Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

4 cups of plain popcorn, popped
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup honey
½ cup unsalted butter
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:

1. Combine brown sugar, honey, and butter in a medium saucepan. Turn the heat to medium and stir constantly, bringing it up to a steady boil. Let it bubble until a candy thermometer reads 300 degrees.
2. Remove the pan from the heat and add baking soda and kosher salt, stirring quickly. Mix into popcorn, stirring to coat.
3. Coat hands in oil and form the popcorn into balls. Let cool, and then store in plastic wrap.
