How to Make the Perfect Soft Boiled Eggs

Ingredients

1 egg
Toast
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Fill a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil. Add your egg.
2. Let the egg cook, with the water boiling, for six to seven minutes.
3. Fill the pot with cold water to stop the cooking process.
4. Remove the egg to an egg holder and crack it with the back of a spoon. Peel off the upper third of the shell, and serve with freshly toasted bread and coarse sea salt and black pepper.
