¾ cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 ¼ cups gluten free biscuit mix
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups rolled oats – make sure they are gluten free
1 cup walnuts, chopped
½ cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup dried fruit of choice, chopped into small pieces
