Mediterranean Whole Fruit Popsicles

These whole fruit Popsicles are a great way to sneak in some fruit and their wonderfully healthy antioxidants into your kids snacks. These are also fun to serve as dessert to your adult friends as the whole pieces of fruit make them seem more “adult” friendly.


  • Kiwis, sliced
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Blueberries, rinsed
  • Clementine, sectioned
  • White grape juice


  1. Fill popsicle molds two-thirds of the way with grape juice. Insert popsicle sticks.
  2. Place pieces of fruit inside each mold. If the liquid is still below the fill line, add additional grape juice as needed.
  3. Freeze for 8 hours, or overnight, before removing from molds and serving.
