130g Chocolate – Semi-Sweet
2 Egg Yolks - Large
2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Water
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup Toasted Hazelnuts - Ground
2 Tbsp Amarula Liquor
