Potato Waffle Topped with Cream Cheese and Radish

Here is an amazing recipe for Potato Waffles Topped with Cream Cheese and Radish. This savory waffle is great for anytime of the day you want to eat it including and especially dinner!

Potato Waffle Topped with Cream Cheese and Radish


1 cup shredded fresh potatoes
2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 tbs oil
¼ cup flour
2 eggs
1/8 cup fresh herbs, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cream cheese
Sliced radishes


1. Sautee onion and garlic in 1 tbs of oil over medium heat. Let cool.
2. Combine the potatoes, sautéed onion and garlic, flour, eggs, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat a waffle maker.
3. Add batter to the waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
4. Serve topped with whipped cream cheese and sliced radishes. Garnish with herbs used in the waffle batter.
