Ramen Coleslaw Recipe

When you think about coleslaw, usually mayonnaise is the first thing that comes to mind because most coleslaw is mayonnaise based. One of my favorite parts of ramen coleslaw is the fact that there is not any mayonnaise in it. It is delicious, healthy, and actually a fairly cheap dish to make. After all, it does not get much cheaper than some veggies and a pack of ramen. I like ramen coleslaw because it is a dish that my entire family enjoys.


2 tbsps. of vegetable oil
3 tbsps. of white wine vinegar
2 tbsps. of white sugar
1 package of chicken flavored ramen noodles
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp. of ground black pepper
2 tsps. of sesame seeds
1/4 sliced almonds
1/2 medium head cabbaged
5 green onions
