Sautd Rosemary Black Tiger Shrimp

By: Sheila Reynolds

This Sautéd Rosemary Black Tiger Shrimp recipe is a great side dish or can be combined with a light pasta with just small pour of olive oil and seasoning. The shrimp is the star and it’s a very simple dish to get right. Just make sure not to overcook the shrimp.

1 lb. black tiger shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on
4 cloves garlic, sliced
Seasoned pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
Fresh rosemary
2 tbs. olive oil

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and rosemary and sauté for 15 seconds. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
2. Season the shrimp with salt and seasoned pepper while cooking. Stir often and cook until the shrimp is curled and opaque, about 7 minutes.
3. Remove to a platter and serve, garnishing with additional rosemary.
