Swai Fish with Mustard

Swai Fish with Mustard is a great middle eastern fish recipe classic. Indian food has bright bold flavors, with a touch of heat to wake up the senses. Some people are concerned about MSG when they order Mideastern and Chinese food. Being able to create your own dinner is one way to experience the dish any time you desire. The best part of this "to die for" dish, is the fact you can find the ingredients at any Indian grocery store for a minimal cost.


4 - 5 pieces of Swai fish
2 tablespoon mustard oil
1 tablespoon mustard paste
1 tablespoon poppy seed paste
2 green chilis, cut in half
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1/ 4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt, to taste
