Tempting Tiramisu In A Glass

This is a cute spin on our favorite tiramisu recipe... Tiramisu in a Martini Glass!

Tiramisu In A Glass Recipe


3 eggs, separated
½ cup sugar
1 cup mascarpone cheese
½ cup chilled heavy cream
2 tablespoons dark rum
2 cups espresso, cooled
18 ladyfingers
Bittersweet chocolate or very dark chocolate, shaved


1. Beat yolks with sugar until smooth and pale. Add in mascarpone cheese slowly.
2. Beat egg whites until it reaches stiff peaks, adding a pinch of salt.
3. Beat the cream separately until stiff peaks form. Fold into the yolk and mascarpone mixture. Then, fold in the whites carefully. Add one tablespoon of espresso. Do not over mix.
4. Mix coffee and rum. Dip a ladyfinger, soaking about 5 seconds per side.
5. Arrange lady fingers along the outside of a decorative glass. Top with mascarpone mixture. Chill for 6 hours. Dust with chocolate right before serving.
