Top Vegetables for Losing Weight

Vegetables are often associated with weight loss plans as they typically are lower in calories, sugar and high in fiber. Here is a list of some of the top veggies for losing weight. 

1) Celery ( AKA the Negative Calorie Veggie)

Celery is a great example of a vegetable that is low in calories, low in sugar, and high in fiber. Clocking in at only 6 calories per medium stalk, this makes a great fat fighting snack. It's called a negative calorie food because it takes more calories to digest than are in the celery in the first place.
