Traditional English Breakfast

Here is a great recipe on how to make a traditional English Breakfast. This hearty breakfast is sure to fill up your loved ones and keep them full into the evening!

Traditional English Breakfast


Prepared black pudding
Pork loin slices (rashers)
2 eggs
Banger sausages
Tomato, halved

British Baked Beans

1 can navy beans, not drained
1 tsp. tomato paste
1 tbs. oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ onion, diced
¼ tsp. dry thyme
1 tbs Worchester sauce
1 tsp. hot sauce
Sugar, to taste


1. Sautee garlic and onion in a small pot in the oil. Add the beans and tomato paste, along with the remaining bean ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
2. Slice the black pudding into thick rounds. Heat the oven to 350 and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until heated through.
3. Bring a couple of inches of water to a simmer in a shallow skillet. Steam the banger sausages until cooked through.
4. Preheat a griddle to medium. Fry the rashers, brown the banger sausages and cook the eggs until set according to your tastes. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
5. Serve together with the beans and fresh tomato wedges.
