Turkey Muffins in Lettuce Wraps

Here is a unique spin on lettuce wraps with this Turkey Muffin Lettuce Wrap Recipe. In addition, these little “muffins” look cute as well. This healthy recipe will deliver lean protein and plenty of flavor. They are perfect for lunch, a quick snack before a workout, or even as part of a healthy and light dinner. You can also use any condiments, or even change up the type of lettuce or greens to your favorites, such as kale.

Ingredients

For Muffins:
2 pounds of ground white turkey breast
1 bell pepper, chopped
A few cloves of garlic
1 cup oats - ground
1 egg
Cayenne pepper
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste

Optional ingredients:
Spinach
Onion
Cilantro
Soy Sauce
Ginger

For Wraps:
Turkey Muffins
Romaine Lettuce Leaves
Condiments of your choice
